Nature's Sunshine Products. Tiao He Cleanse is a 15-day nutritional program and herbal supplement designed to help the body achieve "tiao he," which means balance and harmony in Chinese. It combines Chinese nutritional and Western herbal experience. The Tiao He Cleanse is designed to support the cleansing mechanisms of the body by targeting the intestinal and digestive systems.

CONTENTS

This package contains 30 packets with six different herbal combinations in each packet. This represents a fifteen-day supply.

Each packet contains one capsule each of:

Liver Balance TCM Concentrate - Chinese Tiao He Formula (Digestive Support)
All Cell Detox - Cellular Formula
LBS II - Intestinal Support
Psyllium Hulls - Bulking Agent
Burdock Root - Nourishes Circulatory System
Black Walnut ATC Concentrate - Strengthens Digestive System

Recommended use: Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) 15 minutes before meals up to two times daily for 15 days. Drink one glass (8 oz) of Nature's Spring water (or other purified water) with the capsules, followed by another glass of water. This should produce two or three bowel movements daily. If stools become too loose, reduce the number of packets being used. Continue the program until all 30 packets have been used. (Program not recommended for children.)

Diet: Eat fresh fruits, vegetables (especially green leafy), and whole grains (rice) while using this product. Avoid red meat, coffee, alcohol, and sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of Nature's Spring water (or other purified water).

Label Notice: This product contains cascara sagrada, buckthorn, Turkey rhubarb, and ginseng. See your health care provider prior to use if: Pregnant or nursing, any medical condition exists, or when taking any medication. Read and follow recommendation carefully. Do not use if diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain are present or develop. Not intended for prolonged use. Use of this product may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Chronic diarrhea can result in serious illness.

Caution: May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Not recommended for individuals with irritable or inflammatory bowel conditions.
