Each capsule provides a good balance of 4 billion beneficial microorganisms. This product is recommended for daily use to help maintain a healthy balance of friendly flora in the intestinal tract and to support the immune system. Refrigerate or freeze to maintain freshness. Each capsule is coated with a "modified release" coating so that the contents will be released in the intestinal tract.
