SHIPPING: To all customers: Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept delivery. FedEx is our primary shipper so please provide a street address for delivery of your order. We also use USPS priority shipping. For deliveries to the contiguous United States, standard shipping charge for orders less than $80 is $6.95. Shipping charge will be reduced for lightweight packages weighing 1 lb or less. 

Free standard shipping on orders $80 and more within the contiguous United States. Do you qualify for free shipping?

1. You must have at least $80 worth of products in your shopping cart (excluding tax and shipping) and

2. Your order is being shipped to an address within the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii).

Currently, many of our products are eligible for a special free shipping promotion and are specifically marked. Customers who improperly use the free shipping code will be contacted by Wise Old Tree Herbs.

Customers who ship to APO/FPO addresses are required to pay actual shipping costs (USPS priority) which will not appear during the checkout process - you will be contacted before your order is processed.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other destinations, please contact us for shipping rates.

RETURNS POLICY: Unopened items may be returned for a full refund. Exceptions: Discontinued products or items bought in bulk amounts are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be pre-arranged with Wise Old Tree Herbs and must be made within 30 days of original order date. We do not charge a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless an error was made on the part of Wise Old Tree Herbs. Refund will be issued in the form of original payment method.

CLAIMS: Customers who claim the shipper (FedEx/USPS) failed to properly deliver their order must contact us within 21 days of original order date. Claims made 22 days and beyond after the original order was placed will not be honored or investigated further.
